Its a must have app for those who are reading Chinese

Intuitive and attractive interface with no glitches. Relatively affordable books with lots of free classics and deals. Hoping more books get added in the years to come.

I dont like the new UI design of this app... especially the local library part. The old design was way more better UX

You can upload your own e-books and it works so well

Dears, I can not run the app in English or in Portuguese. Now , duokan just works only in Chinese. They could solve the problem. Thanks

A very good reader, actually one of the best of about 10 similar apps I have tried so far. There are fine details from UI to the functions. I can feel this App was donewith love and care. And that makes reading a real enjoyment. If there is function with Dropbox or iCloud, it would perfect!

It would be great if you could repair the bugs when we have french books that we underline words with accents it would work better. French accents are exemple: éêëûîôâà Now your app makes line inside words when accents are present in the word. Also it would be fun to have highliter effect also, instead of just underline, as per iBook app.

Ive tried all the PDF reader I could find, and this is the killer PDF reader to get.

A must for anyone who likes reading on their phone. Reads anything from .docx .pdf .epub --- all through an easy to setup interface.

BEST ebook reader on iOS, by far. Full support (search, annotations, bookmarks) both for PDF and ePUBs; PDF support for cropping and pretty good text reflow; shares book notes on Evernote, pretty decent interface. It appears to be a bit asian-centric (all books in embedded store are in chinese -I think) and define worda automatically leads to chinese dictionariesm (Id love if you could set the language for that), but theyre definitely minor gripes!

Wikipedia is way better that whats so called baidubaike.

So… this update just made everything worse. It is way too hard to find the cloud option (you need to click the +icon). Not user friendly and I prefer the previous version, at least you can find your cloud quickly on top.

I like Duokan and I have purchased many books through it. But I have been having trouble browsing books I bought or downloading books while under wifi. I could only connect to Duokans server using LTE. I have no trouble connecting to other internet services under my wifi, only Duokans service is failing. Cant afford using my data plan for large book downloads.
